Order Tracking
By keeping your clients well informed and also providing them with effective methods of tracking their package, you provide them with a sense of security and confidence. Secure customers will continue to buy from your site!

At the time that the order is dispatched, NetReady sends an email and SMS to the customer. These communications give the customer all the details related to their order and also provide the tracking number. The customer can then log on to the site and track the exact location of their parcel, for example:

  • Monday 8AM: Your order has been collected by the courier company
  • Monday 10AM: It has been checked in to the CPT warehouse
  • Monday 10PM: It is on the road to JHB
  • Tuesday 10AM: It is at the JHB warehoue
  • Tuesday 11AM: It is on delivery
  • Tuesday 6PM: Attempted to deliver but client not home

As you can see, your client is given all the information needed to confidently do business with your organisation.
